| Terms and Conditions MAKING A PURCHASE Making a purchase from thewrapshop couldn't be easier! Our website is 100% secure. Simply browse adding your chosen items into your shopping basket. After you have finished shopping click on 'View Basket' and your order will appear. Complete the purchase by clicking on 'Checkout'. Enter the required information and your order will be processed. We accept payment in advance of any goods being dispatched and accept any debit/credit cards and paypal. All our prices are shown including VAT. The final amount paid is the total item price including VAT and delivery. Once your order has been accepted you will receive a confirmation email. UK DELIVERY Our delivery charges are based on the weight of the items ordered. We will only charge you what it costs us to package and post your order. This is calculated automatically and will be itemised in your shopping basket once you have chosen which delivery service you would like to use. Our usual delivery service is via Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery. Orders over 2kg will be sent using Parcelforce 48. (1-3 working days delivery timescale). Guaranteed next day delivery is also available at checkout on UK orders placed before 11a.m. Monday to Friday at additional cost. The free delivery option is only available to friends, family or residents of Toft Hill, where the orders can be hand-delivered. Please note that any orders using this option that do NOT qualify, will not be processed until the appropriate P&P charge has been paid. Your order will be dispatched within 2 working days of clearance of payment. We are currently posting out orders same/next day stock dependent. OVERSEAS ORDERS Due to weight restrictions on parcels delivered by Airmail, we are unfortunately unable to fulfil overseas orders exceeding 2kg in weight. RETURNS We operate a 'no-quibble' returns guarantee. This means that if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase all you have to do is return the goods in their ORIGINAL CONDITION and PACKAGING within 7 days from the invoice date. We will refund you the full amount paid, minus postage and packaging. We do not refund on any postage paid for delivery or returns. If the return is due to an error that we have made thewrapshop will gladly refund the delivery charge. A copy/original invoice must be put inside the package when returning items. If the item is damaged or faulty and received in this way please email upon receipt of items and arrangements will be made for replacement to be sent out or a refund issued. Postage is calculated on the weight of your order. Simply add the items you require and when you click the postage option in your shopping basket, the cost of postage will be displayed for you.
For the safety of your parcel it will be dispatched via Royal Mail 1st class recorded mail (Parcelforce 48 for large orders), therefore a signature will be required upon delivery.
